How to make it

  • Boil potatoes. When done, peel and cut in half-inch chunks. Sprinkle parsley and scallions over potatoes. Combine all remaining ingredients and let stand at least one hour if a more pronounced garlic taste is desired. Strain so there will be no garlic pieces in the sauce. Pour over potatoes, stir well. Let stand all day or at least four hours or more. Stir every hour. Do not refrigerate
