Ingredients
  • 1 lb. of ground beef
  • 6 peeled and cubed potatoes
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 (16 oz.) can of whole peeled tomatoes, with liquid
  • 1 (8 oz) can of tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp. of hot pepper sauce
  • 3 c. of water
  • 2 tsp. of salt
  • 1 tsp. of ground black pepper

Directions
  1. First you wan to brown beef and onion.
  2. Next you want to drain the meat.
  3. Now you want to take a large pan, and add beef mixture, tomatoes, potatoes, and tomato sauce.
  4. Let this mix well.
  5. Now you can add the water, salt, pepper, and hot sauce, letting this come to a boil.
  6. You want to put a lid on the pot for around 45 min, letting the potatoes get tender!
  7. Ladle up and serve!
