How to make it

  • cut 1 kg of potatoes into medium size cubes and fry them till they are golden brown.
  • cut the onions into a thin and long strip looking way.
  • cut the garlic finely.
  • cut chillies slantingly so as to get the most out of it.
  • in a cooking pot add the olive oil and cook the onions, garlic and green chillies.you can use more chillies if you like it extra spicy.
  • after the onions and garlic turn slightly brown, add the salt and chilly powder and mix well. taste the salt and add some more if you find it bland.
  • now add the soy sauce and mix well.
  • now add the friend potatoes and mix till all the potatoes are covered with the soy sauce.
  • You can use any other vegetable instead of potatoes. I have tried mushrooms, broccoli etc and they all taste awesome. To make it healthier you can also just boil the potatoes and then cut them into cubes instead of frying them. Either way it tastes great.
