Barbara Edens Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

- 24 Large mushrooms shopping list
- 2 1/2 Teaspoons olive oil shopping list
- 4 Tablespoons Grated romano cheese shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons fresh parsley -- chopped shopping list
- 1 Teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 Teaspoon fresh ground black pepper shopping list
- 8 Ounces cream cheese -- softened shopping list
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons bread crumbs shopping list
- 4 Ounces Crabmeat; rinse -- toss with shopping list
- 1 Tbl fresh lemon juice shopping list
- 1/2 Lemon -- juice of shopping list
- 1 1/2 Teaspoons cognac shopping list
- 1 Teaspoon Dijon mustard shopping list
How to make it
- Remove mushroom stems. Combine 2 tbls Romano
- cheese with remaining ingredients in a bowl; beat
- with mixer for 5 minutes. Fill mushrooms with a
- 1/2" crown left on top. Lightly butter a large baking
- sheet and arrange stuffed mushrooms with a space
- between. Bake 10 minutes. Remove mushrooms
- from oven; sprinkle with 2 tbls Romano cheese.
- Preheat broiler. Place mushrooms under broiler until
- cheese melts and is golden.
