How to make it

  • Cut meat into cubes, approximately 1 sq. in.
  • Prepare vegetables/fruit to be added to kabobs. (Slice zucchinis/cut slit into cherry tomatoes so they'll absorb marinade flavors/cup pineapple and any other items into bite size chunks that can be skewered).
  • Prepare marinade: Mix oil, lemon juice, crushed garlic, and seasonings. Marinate meat, vegetables and fruit for at least 2 hours.
  • Skewer and barbecue.
  • B'Teavon!

    Very nice, with my wife not eating beef or pork I cook with alot of Turkey and here do alot of our cooking on the grill, this will be nice.
