Breakfast Venison

- 2 Pounds venison steak,sliced thin shopping list
- 1/2 Cup flour shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper shopping list
- 1/2 Cup oil shopping list
- 4 Tablespoons pan drippings shopping list
- 3 Tablespoons flour shopping list
- 2 1/4 Cups milk shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Pound meat until 1/4" thick.
- Cut into small pieces.
- Combine flour,salt and pepper,coat steaks on both sides.
- Heat oil in heavy fry pan,cook about 5 minutes on both sides.
- Remove from fry pan and keep warm.
- Leaving about 4 tablespoons of pan drippings behind.
- Blend in the 3 tablespoons flour,stirring all the while,scraping all the good cooked juices on the bottom of the pan and cook until bubbly.
- Stir in milk,salt and pepper.
- Continue to cook stirring all the while,scraping from bottom and sides of fry pan,cook until gravy is thick and bubbles.
- Serve venison steaks,and gravy with eggs,biscuits.
