Asparagus in Wine

- 2 pounds asparagus shopping list
- boiling water shopping list
- 1/4 cup butter shopping list
- 1/4 cup white wine shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Wash asparagus and snap off the ends then lay asparagus spears in shallow pan.
- Cover with salted boiling water then bring to boil and simmer 8 minutes.
- Drain and turn into buttered ramekin dishes.
- Melt butter and stir in wine then pour over asparagus.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper then bake at 425 for 15 minutes.
