How to make it

  • Saute the chicken breasts in the butter
  • Juice the lemon and chop the vegetables while the chicken cooks
  • When the chicken is cooked, remove it from the skillet and put in all of the vegetables (except lemon)
  • When the vegetables are cooked, put the chicken back in the pan and dump in the lemon juice
  • Let it all simmer together for about 5 minutes
