Chicken In Lemon Sauce With Veggies Recipe

Easy fried chicken with vegetables dish that tastes great over rice.

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 zucchini
- Mushrooms (as much as you like; I'd put in a ton)
- 1 onion
- 1 lemon
Directions
- Saute the chicken breasts in the butter
- Juice the lemon and chop the vegetables while the chicken cooks
- When the chicken is cooked, remove it from the skillet and put in all of the vegetables (except lemon)
- When the vegetables are cooked, put the chicken back in the pan and dump in the lemon juice
- Let it all simmer together for about 5 minutes
