Anyday Fried Rice

- 1 tbspoon chopped garlic shopping list
- 1 small onion chopped shopping list
- 2 tbspoons butter or vegetable oil shopping list
- 4 cups of plain white left over rice (new cooked rice also ok) shopping list
- 1/2 cup of ready mixed frozen veggies shopping list
- 2 teaspoons fermented baby shrimps (bagoong alamang) or shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (use only if fermented shrimp is not available shopping list
- 1 pcs. regular hotdog or 2 slices of ham (cut into very small cubes) shopping list
- 1 medium beaten egg (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- Heat butter or oil in frying pan over medium heat
- add chopped garlic and onion in heated butter or oil, stir until slightly brown (if using butter, be sure not to burn butter)
- add in mixed veggies, hotdog or ham pieces, stir fry 1 min.
- add left over rice and stir fry for about 2 mins.
- add fermented shrimp (salt if fermented shrimp is not available),
- continue stirring until all ingredients are well mixed
- add beaten egg to fried rice and cook for 1 min. (egg, optional)
- place slices of luncheon meat on top before serving if desired
- best serve when hot, serves 4
