How to make it

  • Heat butter or oil in frying pan over medium heat
  • add chopped garlic and onion in heated butter or oil, stir until slightly brown (if using butter, be sure not to burn butter)
  • add in mixed veggies, hotdog or ham pieces, stir fry 1 min.
  • add left over rice and stir fry for about 2 mins.
  • add fermented shrimp (salt if fermented shrimp is not available),
  • continue stirring until all ingredients are well mixed
  • add beaten egg to fried rice and cook for 1 min. (egg, optional)
  • place slices of luncheon meat on top before serving if desired
  • best serve when hot, serves 4
