No Lettuce Needed Salad

This is a great side dish with any grilled meat, poultry or seafood!
Ingredients
- 1 large avocado, peeled, pitted and cut into 1/2" cubes shopping list
- 2 large roma tomatoes, cut into 1/2" cubes shopping list
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced shopping list
- 2 Tbsp. red wine vinaigrette dressing shopping list
- salt and pepper, to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Toss together all the ingredients in a medium sized bowl. Serve.
