Fresh Asparagus and Wild Mushrooms

- 1 tablespoon olive oil shopping list
- 1 pound wild mushrooms cut into quarters shopping list
- 2 garlic cloves peeled and sliced shopping list
- 1 splash dry white wine shopping list
- 1 bunch asparagus cut in 2" segments blanched shopping list
- 1 cup olives pitted and chopped shopping list
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds shopping list
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoons alt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Heat olive oil until it begins to smoke then add mushrooms and wait 10 seconds before tossing.
- Cook for 3 minutes then add garlic and deglaze pan with a splash of wine.
- Add asparagus and heat through then add olives, sesame seed, thyme, salt and pepper.
