Ingredients
- 6 small serrano peppers, sliced into spears shopping list
- 4 hard boiled eggs shopping list
- 2 whole wheat pitas, warmed shopping list
- 3 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese shopping list
- 4 teaspoons horseradish sauce shopping list
- 2 teaspoons spicy brown mustard shopping list
- 2 slices white cheddar cheese shopping list
How to make it
- In a mixing bowl, combine hard boiled eggs with horseradish sauce, mustard and feta cheese.
- Mash well
- Set 1 piece of cheddar over each pita
- Divide egg salad mixture over pitas
- Top with Serrano slices
- Serve
