This is a great and simple way to enjoy bbq without all the fuss of making bbq. this has come to be a great dinner i find myself eating a lot and my husband loves it!!.

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 lbs cubed chicken ( about 1 inch in size )
  • 1 bottle of bulleyes bbq sauce i use the orignal favor
  • soft fresh bread of bakery
  • swiss cheese
  • 4 tablespoons gralic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • ranch dressing

Directions
  1. Heat up frying up over medium heat
  2. place butter, cubed chicken, gralic, black pepper, and onion powder in the pan and cook until chicken is done ( about 8-10 mins )
  3. when chicken is cooked empty bbq sauce bottles in pan and let it heat up for about 1 minute
  4. coat the chicken real well with the sauce
  5. cut up the bread into about 1 inch thick slices you can use rolls if you like.
  6. place swiss cheese on both side of bread,
  7. place about 1/2 cup of chicken mixture on bread
  8. top with ranch dressing about 2-3 tablespoons..
  9. then it's time to enjoy the yummy mess. i use the leftovers if there is any for a bbq chicken salad the next day is great.
  10. enjoy!!!
