How to make it

  • in a blender,pour 1.2 cup olive oil
  • put garlic and chili and arugula
  • run the blender and pour rest of oil slowly.
  • run blender till all ingredients are extremely smooth
  • pour contents in various dip serving dishes
  • have some crusty peasant bread or foccachia for dipping
  • enjoy with chilled sauvigon blanc

    Thanks - this is a different dip. I have had Arugula pesto but never anything fixed like this. Can't wait to try it out!
