- 4 cups loosely paxked wild arugula shopping list
- 3 cups best quality extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- 2 cloves of garlic finely minced shopping list
- 1 hot gree chilli shopping list
How to make it
- in a blender,pour 1.2 cup olive oil
- put garlic and chili and arugula
- run the blender and pour rest of oil slowly.
- run blender till all ingredients are extremely smooth
- pour contents in various dip serving dishes
- have some crusty peasant bread or foccachia for dipping
- enjoy with chilled sauvigon blanc

Thanks - this is a different dip. I have had Arugula pesto but never anything fixed like this. Can't wait to try it out!
