Jerusalem artichoke soup

- 2 stalks of celary shopping list
- 1 lb of jerusalem artichokes shopping list
- 1 oz of butter or margarine shopping list
- 1 1/2 pints of vegetable stock shopping list
- Cream to servre on top but not essential shopping list
How to make it
- Fry the chopped up celery
- Put in pealed and chopped up artichokes
- Add stock and boil for 25 minutes
- Pure cooked mixture
- Serve with a teaspoon of cream in each bowl
