Ingredients

16 pork chops

2 - 4 tbsp cooking oil

3/4 cup ketchup

1 cup water

2 tbsp vinegar

1 tbsp worcestershire sauce

1 cup chopped onion

1 tsp dry mustard powder

1 tsp chili powder

1 tsp brown sugar

1 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

1 tsp paprika

1/4 tsp garlic powder

Directions

Brown pork chops in oil in frying pan.

Mix remaining ingredients together Cover bottom of roaster with single layer of chops Spoon some sauce over. Repeat. Cover. Bake in 350 degrees F oven for about 1 hour. Remove cover. Bake 15 minutes more. Serves 8 people, 2 chops each.

You can serve with potatoes or rice or of your choice of dish with delicious Barbeque pork chops.
