How to make it

  • melt butter
  • stir in flour, water, vinegar, onion soup, brown sugar , mustard.
  • add leftover beef
  • simmer on low heat about 20 min
  • stir in gingersnaps, simmer about 5 min.
  • Refridgerate 24 hrs

    recipe calls for 1/4 C gingersnaps, but I think that's too overpowering. start with less...you can always throw in some more.
    So good over noodles or spaetzels
