I'm even gonna add steps to closing and rolling these. Aren't I awesome? lol Step one is to make sure the filling is off to one side.

Close flaps on either side.

Fold the smaller top part over the filling, and grabbing it by both sides, fold it downwards. I know the quality of these pics are awful, but I work with what I'm given, which was a crappy camera phone at the time.

Keep rolling downwards.

...Keep going until you've rolled it up completely, then set them seam-side down in the pan.

Make sure to brush a little oil onto the tops so they brown really well in the oven. This isn't needed if you're deep-frying them, obviously.

Once they come out, if they're a bit translucent, that's okay. Let them cool a bit before eating, for the sake of your poor mouth.
