How to make it

  • mix all ingredients (except lamb). pour mix in a large platter.
  • coat lamb on both sides with marinade. cover platter and
  • refrigerate for at least six hours or over night. turning it twice
  • take meat at least one hour before grilling. preheat grill and
  • cook meat for 12 minutes on each side (medium-rare to medium)
  • remove from grill. all meat to sit for at least 5 minutes covered.
  • slice meat. serve with potato rosti and grilled sliced zuchinis.
  • rnjoy this delightful meat with some light bergundy such as crozes hermitage
