Arkansas Hot Frito Pie

More than Sonic will do!! try this tasty spicy Fritos Pie
Ingredients
- 1 Pound ground beef shopping list
- or Chopped up steak such as shopping list
- pork or beef shopping list
- Chopped green onion shopping list
- Sliced jalapeno peppers shopping list
- 1 large bag Fritos corn chips shopping list
- 1 large can Chile con Carne shopping list
- 2 cans stewed tomatoes shopping list
- 1 can black olives shopping list
- 1 can green chiles (optional) shopping list
- 1 Frozen bags of Streamed Southwestern corn shopping list
- 1 block cheddar cheese, grated shopping list
- Toppers shopping list
- sour cream shopping list
- guacamole shopping list
How to make it
- Pour the bag of Fritos into a 9x11 baking dish and set aside.
- cook ground beef or steaks in skillit until almost done
- Place the rest of the ingredients, except cheese and southwestern corn, in a pot.
- Heat thoroughly.
- take meats and Pour on top of Fritos and stir
- put southwestern corn in mircowave as directed, then pour over pie, stir again
- Cover top of chile mixture with cheese and bake in a 350°F oven until cheese is melted
- then remove from ovens
- Top with a dollop of sour cream or guacomole and enjoys!
- Goes great with Spanish Rice and a green salad, but can be served just as a meal alone.
