Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup Egg Beaters , (or one egg)
  • 4 tbsp Carnation Evaporated Milk
  • 4 shakes Tabasco
  • 3 Shrimp, cooked
  • 1 slice Provolone
  • 1/2 tsp Cilantro
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions
  1. Heat omelet pan on medium and spray with Pam.
  2. Mix the egg, evaporated milk and tabasco.
  3. Pour egg mixture into pan and let it set up a bit.
  4. Cut the shrimp into small pieces and distribute on the top of the egg.
  5. Top shrimp with provolone and sprinkle the cilantro, salt and pepper on top.
  6. Reduce heat, cover and let cook for about 3 minutes.
  7. Servings 1
