Shrimp Omelet

- 1/4 cup egg Beaters , (or one egg) shopping list
- 4 tbsp Carnation Evaporated Milk shopping list
- 4 shakes Tabasco shopping list
- 3 shrimp, cooked shopping list
- 1 slice Provolone shopping list
- 1/2 tsp cilantro shopping list
- salt & pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Heat omelet pan on medium and spray with Pam.
- Mix the egg, evaporated milk and tabasco.
- Pour egg mixture into pan and let it set up a bit.
- Cut the shrimp into small pieces and distribute on the top of the egg.
- Top shrimp with provolone and sprinkle the cilantro, salt and pepper on top.
- Reduce heat, cover and let cook for about 3 minutes.
