How to make it

  • Heat omelet pan on medium and spray with Pam.
  • Mix the egg, evaporated milk and tabasco.
  • Pour egg mixture into pan and let it set up a bit.
  • Cut the shrimp into small pieces and distribute on the top of the egg.
  • Top shrimp with provolone and sprinkle the cilantro, salt and pepper on top.
  • Reduce heat, cover and let cook for about 3 minutes.
  • Servings 1
