Pork Burgers With Ranch Coleslaw

- 3 cups packaged coleslaw mix shopping list
- 1/2 cup prepared ranch salad dressing shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon grated lemon peel shopping list
- 1 tablespoon butter shopping list
- 1/2 cup minced red onion shopping list
- 1-1/4 pounds ground pork shopping list
- 1/2 cup shredded zucchini shopping list
- 1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 4 kaiser rolls split shopping list
How to make it
- Heat grill.
- In a medium bowl combine coleslaw mix, dressing and lemon peel.
- Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes.
- Melt butter in medium skillet over medium high heat then add onion and cook 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and cool then cover a cookie sheet with plastic wrap.
- Lightly mix pork, onion, zucchini, cheese, salt and pepper in large bowl just until combined.
- Drop 4 equal mounds of pork mixture on prepared sheet.
- Cover with another piece of plastic wrap and gently press mounds into four 1/2" thick patties.
- Grill burgers over medium heat about 5 minutes per side or until browned.
- Meanwhile grill rolls cut sides down until toasted about 1 minute.
- Arrange burgers on bottoms of rolls then divide coleslaw among burgers and top with roll tops.
