How to make it

  • Combine boiling broth, salt, seasonings, and rice in an ungreased

  • Cover tightly with foil or lid, and bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes or
  • until liquid is completely absorbed and rice is tender.
  • Meanwhile, lightly brown almonds in the butter.
  • Add almonds and butter to hot baked rice; toss to blend well.
