How to make it

  • In large dutch oven heat oil. Add onions,celery,carrots, beets,potatoes,and tomatos.Cover and simmer for15-20 min.Add cabbage and lemon juice cover and simmer for 30min. or until cabbage is done.Serve hot with salt & pepper shakers and bread.
  • Only stir just before serving.
