- 2 tbls olive oil shopping list
- 1 cup chopped onions shopping list
- 3/4 cup chopped celery shopping list
- 5 cups shreaded beets shopping list
- 2 cups shreaded carrots shopping list
- 2 cups shreaded potato shopping list
- 2 cups crushed tomato and juice shopping list
- 3 cups shreaded cabbage shopping list
- 2 tbls lemon juice shopping list
How to make it
- In large dutch oven heat oil. Add onions,celery,carrots, beets,potatoes,and tomatos.Cover and simmer for15-20 min.Add cabbage and lemon juice cover and simmer for 30min. or until cabbage is done.Serve hot with salt & pepper shakers and bread.
- Only stir just before serving.
