How to make it

  • Wash Chicken and place in Stock pan to boil.Just covered with stock or water.Add first 7 ingrediants and simmer.Stir Gently..1 hr.Skim We,ll during cooking.

  • .Check Chicken if cooked .Remove from stock and take off- the white meat.
  • Disgard any bones or skin.
  • Re -simmer stock .Add last 4 ingrediants.

  • When thick,add meat at last minute before serving.
  • If wished you can add small dumplings.
  • Thses can be placed on top soup,with lid on 1 minute, before ready to serve. Once you lift lid ---SERVE.
  • EASY BUTTER DUMPLINGS.

  • Rub 1 tablespoon butter,into 1 /2 cup (SR Flour.)Salt/Pepper/Mix with water to soft dough.Drop from teaspoon, into boiling liquid,and put lid on 1 min only.Serve and Enjoy.
