Creamed Potatoes Recipe

How to make it

  • Peel and boil potatoes 30 minutes.
  • In large saucepan melt butter then add flour, salt and pepper and stir until bubbly.
  • Remove from heat then gradually stir in milk and return to medium heat.
  • Bring to boil stirring constantly then boil and stir 1 minute.
  • Cut up potatoes into 1” pieces and put into casserole.
  • Pour sauce over potatoes and mix then cover and bake 25 minutes at 350.
