This is a different way to serve chicken.

Ingredients
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 4 Boneless Chicken
  • 1 Box Chicken Flavored Stuffing Mix
  • 1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
  • Can use Cream of Mushroom soup instead of Chicken soup if desired.

Directions
  1. Heat butter in skillet, add chicken breasts and cook for 15 minutes or until done.
  2. Remove Chicken
  3. Prepare stuffing mix in skillet according to directions on pkg except let stand 2 min.
  4. Top with Chicken.
  5. Mix soup & milk; stir well.
  6. Sprinkle with cheese.
  7. Cover & heat through.
