peppercorn halibut in sweet onion sauce

- For fish shopping list
- 4 pcs of 4oz fillet halibut shopping list
- 2 tbsp of peppercorn shopping list
- 2 tbsp of olive oil or vegetable oil shopping list
- For sweet onion Sauce shopping list
- 4pcs of regular size yallow onion ( julian cut) shopping list
- 3 tbsp of brown sugar shopping list
- 2 tbsp of olive oil shopping list
- 2 oz of beef stock (deluted) shopping list
- 1 oz of fish stocks (optional) shopping list
- 1 pc bay leaves shopping list
How to make it
- For Fish
- If you using grill pre heat the grill to 400 degrees
- If you using pan pre heat the pan then pour the 2 tbsp olive oil or vegtable oil
- sprinkled the peppercorn into fish coast to coast make it sure it destributed evenly
- grilled the fish on your doneness
- for sauce
- pre heat the sauce pan then put the olive oil
- sautee the onion untill become golden brown
- lower the fire
- caramilize the onion by puting the brown sugar
- then slowly pour the beef stocks / fish stocks put the bay leaves
- boil it untill thicken
- strain the sauce to get the juice and set aside
- keep the sauteed onion for dish
- Plate serving
- get a pinch or 1 tbsp of sauteed onion put into plate
- then put on the grilled peppercorn halibut
- pour the thicken onion sauce on the top of halibut make it sure it cover all over
- serve with slice of lemon choice of carbo and vegetable
