Tangy Pasta salad with pineapple and beans

- Medium spiral pasta- nearly a whole packet shopping list
- 1/3 red onion shopping list
- 1 can of mixed beans shopping list
- 1 can of pineapple in juice, drained shopping list
- tomato sauce shopping list
- Whole egg mayo shopping list
- lemon juice shopping list
How to make it
- Cook up the pasta to al dente. You definately dont want it too soft because it will go all mushy in the salad. Yucky :P
- Drain and cool with cold water (other wise the dressing will melt)
- SAUCE:
- Mix up according to how much pasta you decide to make and how well coated you would like it. I dont like to make a lot as mayo, the main ingredient is a lil naughty :P
- Ratio for Sauce
- Mayo: Tomato sauce: Lemon juice
- 10 : 6 : 1
- roughly.. Taste and adjust
- SALAD
- Chop the onion very small, strain the beans and pineapple. Fold all this and the sauce through the cooled pasta. The onion, mayo and pineapple is an awesome combo!
