Tangy Pasta Salad With Pineapple And Beans Recipe

Ingredients

Medium spiral pasta- nearly a whole packet

1/3 Red onion

1 can of mixed beans

1 can of pineapple in juice, drained

Tomato sauce

Whole egg mayo

Lemon juice

Directions

Cook up the pasta to al dente. You definately dont want it too soft because it will go all mushy in the salad. Yucky :P

Drain and cool with cold water (other wise the dressing will melt)

SAUCE:

Mix up according to how much pasta you decide to make and how well coated you would like it. I dont like to make a lot as mayo, the main ingredient is a lil naughty :P

Ratio for Sauce

Mayo: Tomato sauce: Lemon juice

10 : 6 : 1

roughly.. Taste and adjust

SALAD

Chop the onion very small, strain the beans and pineapple. Fold all this and the sauce through the cooled pasta. The onion, mayo and pineapple is an awesome combo!
