How to make it

  • Simply mix all the marinade ingredients together, allow meat to sit in the mix for at least and hour, move to slow cooker and tip entire lot in on low. Cook until tender..
  • I generally have it on by about midday to serve at 6pm but on high in the slow cooker it will cook faster.
  • adjust marinade amounts in correct proportions and chops to make more or less.
  • I sometimes refridgerate excess gravy and use it the following night to poach more chops or even an egg!!!
  • Serve with potato to soak up all the juices, and steamed veges!!
