Ingredients
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup grated swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter or margerine
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • pinch nutmeg\
  • 10 oz frozen spinach cooked and drained well
  • Note :I somtimes use Kraft 4 cheese italiano instesd of cheddar and swiss ,and it tastes good.

Directions
  1. Mix first 8 ingredients in a bowl
  2. add drained spinach to egg mixture
  3. pour into a 2 qt casserole dish
  4. bake @350 for 45-55 min or until knife inserted comes out clean
