Ingredients
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 1 1/2 cup cottage cheese shopping list
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1 cup grated swiss cheese shopping list
- 1/4 cup butter or margerine shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp pepper shopping list
- pinch nutmeg\ shopping list
- 10 oz frozen spinach cooked and drained well shopping list
- Note :I somtimes use Kraft 4 cheese italiano instesd of cheddar and swiss ,and it tastes good. shopping list
How to make it
- Mix first 8 ingredients in a bowl
- add drained spinach to egg mixture
- pour into a 2 qt casserole dish
- bake @350 for 45-55 min or until knife inserted comes out clean
