Tangy Meat Loaf

- 1/2 cup catsup shopping list
- 2 Tbs. brown sugar shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. ground mustard shopping list
- 4 tsps. worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 2 tsps. seasoned salt shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsps onion powder shopping list
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder shopping list
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 2 Tbs. finely chopped green pepper shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups Wheat Chex cereal shopping list
- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef shopping list
How to make it
- In large bowl, combine catsup, brown sugar, and mustard. Reserve 4 tbs mixture for topping. To remaining mixture add Worcestershire sauce, salt, onion, garlic powder, pepper and egg. Blend well. Stir in green pepper and Wheat Chex. Let stand 5 minutes. Break up Wheat Chex. Add ground beef. Mix well. Shape into loaf in shallow baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 65 minutes. Spread top with reserved catsup mixture. Bake an additional 15 minutes.
