How to make it

  • heat up your deep fryer to 375
  • in a baking dish mix together milk, egg, cayenne, and the pickle juice.
  • combine the cormeal, flour, paprika, salt, pepper into another baking dish.
  • make sure the pickle are real dry, once they are dry place pickle into the wet mixture and then into the dry.
  • gently place the pickle into the deep-fryer until they are golden brown, about 1-2 minutes. fry the pickles in batches, when done place on a paper towel.
