Bread and Celery Stuffing

This is a very tasty dish that I like to serve with grilled chicken. Always eaten right up and always rave reviews. Easy but good. Enjoy
Ingredients
- 7-1/2 ounces unseasoned stuffing cubes shopping list
- 1 cup celery sliced shopping list
- 1/2 cup onions shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups chicken broth shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 425. Spray square baking dish with cooking spray then set aside. In a skillet cook celery and onions until tender then remove from heat. Stir in stuffing cubes, salt, poultry seasoning and black pepper. Drizzle broth half cup at a time to moisten tossing lightly. Spread mixture into prepared dish and bake for 30 minutes.
