Turkey Pot Pie Recipe

Ingredients

1 recipe for a 9" double pie crust or refigerated crust

2 c cooked,cubed turkey

2 c frozen mixed vegetables,thawed

2 Tbs chopped onion

1 can(10.75oz) condensed cream of chicken soup

1/2 c milk

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line bottom of pie pan with crust. In skillet,saute chopped onion untilslightly soft and set aside.

Mix together turkey,mixed vegetables,onion,soup and milk. Pour into crust,cover with top crust and crimp edges.

Poke holes in the top crust and bake 40 to 50 mins.
