Yummy recipe is easy to follow and low in carbs. I use white mushrooms but I assume shiitake would work just as well. It keeps great for lunches for about a week in the fridge. I slice up red pepper as a side dish.

There is evidence based research which shows that certain blood types respond differently to different food, ie: how you digest and maintain weight control. I'm in the B category (hence my recipes) and for me I should avoid things like chicken and corn. It's much more complex than that and there's an awesome book on it 'Eat Right for your Blood Type'.
