Ingredients
  • 3 full salmon fillets (or salmon steaks)
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon of relish - dill or sweet
  • dill
  • tyme
  • rosemary
  • basil

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Line baking pan with tinfoil and grease the foil
  3. Set all three steaks - skin (or flat) side down on the foil
  4. Put the tomatoes over the top of the steaks
  5. Bake fish for 20-25 minutes or until the meat starts to turn white
  6. While baking, and in a small bowl, put in the two tablespoons of mayo and one teaspoon of relish. Put in a pinch or two of each herb and combine.
  7. Plate the fish, apply the tartar sauce, and enjoy!
  8. NOTE: For those who prefer more relish in their tartar, or more herbs, of course you can add some more!
