How to make it

  • Combine above mentioned ingredients in a bowl
  • Place meat of your choice in a zip lock bag
  • Place marinade in bag
  • Set some of the marinade on side for basting
  • Place in fridge for no less than 6 hours
  • Lomi (mix with your hands, or massage) meat every so often
  • Cook on grill till done
  • Make sure to baste while grilling
  • Normally use chicken thighs with skin on...

    This marinade is ridiculously good... Just make sure that you marinate your meat for at least 6 hours... I usually use chicken thighs with the skin on and I par-boil them before marinating them...
