Ingredients
  • 3 cups un-cooked Calrose rice
  • 3 cups water
  • 6 sheets of sushi nori (dried seaweed)
  • 1 can of spam
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 table spoons of oyster sauce
  • 1/4 cup cooking oil
  • salt to taste

Directions
  1. Either in a small pot or rice cooker pot, place rice and water
  2. Rinse rice thoroughly until water is clear and not cloudy
  3. If using stove top bring water to a boil
  4. Lower heat and cover till water is gone
  5. Set aside and allow to cool
  6. Slice spam in 1/8" thick slices
  7. drizzle oil in frying pan and cook till slightly brown
  8. beat eggs in small bowl
  9. add oyster sauce and mix some more
  10. Do not scramble eggs just gently fold while cooking
  11. Take out Musubi Maker and moisten insides slightly
  12. Pack insides of musubi maker with cooked rice to form rectangle
  13. Cut strips of nori approx. 3" wide the length of nori sheet
  14. Cut eggs into size of musubi maker
  15. Place rectangular rice over 3" wide nori
  16. Place egg ontop of rice
  17. Place spam on top of egg
  18. Wrap nori around itself and moisten end with water to adhere to itself

I like can spam but not all the time lol


Hungry, you can swap out the spam for leftover meats that you may have or like I do, use teri-beef or teri-chicken... It is ONO!!!!
