How to make it

  • 1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
  • 2. In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté, mushrooms, onions, sun dried tomatoes, a peppers.
  • 3. Add the cream, basil, lemon pepper, Cajun seasonings, salt, garlic powder and ground black pepper. Heat through. Add the cooked linguine, toss and heat through. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and serve.

    Thank you Ivey for this post. A friend promised me a recipe for Cajun Pasta, but only after I lose 20 more pounds. I will definitely try this when I think I've lost enough weight.
