Ingredients

4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Halves

3 Medium Onions Sliced

2 tbs Chopped Garlic

0.5 Cup Sliced Sundried Tomatoes

1 Large Can Peeled Tomatoes

1 tbs Dried Rosemay

1 tbs Dried Basil

Olive Oil

Directions

Saute the onions in a large pan until translucent. Then add the chicken which you may cut up into smaller pieces. Saute the chicken until lightly brown on each side. Add the chopped garlic and brown. Add the sliced sundried tomates. Cover the mixture with the dried rosemary and basil to taste. Add the can of peeled tomatoes, and stir. Cover and let simmer for 1.25 hours. Serve over broad egg noodles.
