How to make it

  • In a small heavy saucepan bring the chicken broth and butter to a boil.
  • Add couscous, stir, then remove the pan from heat.
  • Let the mixture stand, covered, for 5 minutes.
  • Fluff it with a fork, then stir in the parsley, lemon juice, and salt and pepper to taste.
