Ingredients
- 15 fresh whole chicken wings
- Favorite Barbecue spice rub
- Glaze;
- 1 cup orange marmalade
- 2 tbs hoisin sauce
- 1 Tbs plus 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbs rice wine vinegar
- 1 Tbs chili sauce
Directions
- cut tips off wings and save for stock
- Slash inside of wings so tthey cook more evenly
- Sprinkle with dry rub
- prepare grill fro medium heat
- heat all glaze ingredients ina sauce pan and cook low heat 5 minutes
- Grill wings till done and browned
- Place in sauce to coat
