Ingredients
- 15 fresh whole chicken wings shopping list
- Favorite Barbecue spice rub shopping list
- Glaze; shopping list
- 1 cup orange marmalade shopping list
- 2 tbs hoisin sauce shopping list
- 1 Tbs plus 1 tsp soy sauce shopping list
- 1 Tbs rice wine vinegar shopping list
- 1 Tbs chili sauce shopping list
How to make it
- cut tips off wings and save for stock
- Slash inside of wings so tthey cook more evenly
- Sprinkle with dry rub
- prepare grill fro medium heat
- heat all glaze ingredients ina sauce pan and cook low heat 5 minutes
- Grill wings till done and browned
- Place in sauce to coat
