ZIPPY BREAKFAST BAKE

This is a spicy make the night before breaskfast dish.
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb browned crumbled sausage shopping list
- 1/2 lb browned bacon-cut in pieces shopping list
- 8 slices of bread (i toast it in the oven for a few minutes to harden) shopping list
- 10 eggs; whipped or stirred up shopping list
- 1 tbsp Tabasco sauce shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp pepper shopping list
- 1-2 jalepenos; minced shopping list
- 1 medium tomato; chopped finely shopping list
- 1 med onion; chopped shopping list
- 1 cup of shredded cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Cube bread, put in the bottom of a 13 x 9 pan sprayed with cooking spray. Top with sausage and bacon pieces. Add vegetables.
- Pour eggs combined with tabasco, salt and pepper over the top. Refrigerate over night.
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Top casserole with cheese and bake for 45 minutes.
