Asiago Alfredo Turkey

- Inspired by chefelaine's Alfredo: Alfredo Sauce shopping list
- 1/2 cup sweet butter shopping list
- 2 garlic cloves minced shopping list
- 2 cups heavy cream shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/4 tea spoon black pepper(cause I prefer the flavor and being freckled myself I kinda like the freckled look) shopping list
- 1/4 cup grated parm shopping list
- 1/4 cup asiago shopping list
- 3/4 cup grated mozzarella shopping list
- 3 cups cubed cooked turkey(do not used canned turkey ever!) shopping list
- 1/4 tea spoon rosemary(because rosemary and turkey are a great team) shopping list
- optional 1 1/2 cups broccoli or 1-2 small blocks of dark chocolate 66% or higher shopping list
- 1 pack(12 ounce) of fettuccine, linguine or preferred pasta shopping list
How to make it
- Melt butter over medium/low heat
- Add the garlic, cream, white pepper, rosemary, and bring mixture to a simmer.
- Stir frequently
- Add the Parmesan cheese and asiago, simmer sauce for 8-10 minutes or until sauce has thickened and is smooth.
- When sauce has thickened add the mozzarella cheese and turkey and stir until smooth. STIR FREQUENTLY.
- While cooking the sauce prepare your noodles as directed, but add broccoli in the last four minutes of the cooking time if you're using it.
- Put the pasta on the plate and pour the sauce over as desired, grate chocolate over the pasta at the table
