- INGREDIENTS:- shopping list
- 3 TBS butter shopping list
- 1/4 CUP milk shopping list
- 1 TSP baking powder shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 CUP sugar shopping list
- 1 CUP cake flour shopping list
- 1/4 TSP salt shopping list
- 1 SMALL TIN PIE apples shopping list
- SYRUP:- shopping list
- 250ML fresh cream shopping list
- 1 CUP sugar shopping list
- 1/4 TSP salt shopping list
How to make it
- BATTER:
- CREAM BUTTER AND SUGAR TOGETHER IN MIXING BOWL USING ELECTRIC BEATER
- BEAT EGGS AND MILK TOGETHER.
- ADD MILK MIXTURE TO MIXING BOWL.
- SIEVE FLOUR, SALT AND BAKING POWDER TOGETHER.
- ADD TO MIXING BOWL.
- MIX TOGETHER WELL UNTIL SMOOTH BATTER FORMS.
- POUR INTO A PIE DISH
- LAYER DRAINED APPLES ON TOP OF BATTER.
- BAKE AT 180C FOR 45 MINUTES OR UNTIL COOKED.
- SYRUP:
- BOIL CREAM, SUGAR AND SALT TOGETHER UNTIL IT BUBBLES.
- REMOVE PIE FROM OVEN.
- POUR SYRUP OVER HOT PIE.
- RETURN TO OVEN FOR 5 MINUTES.
- SERVE HOT WITH WHIPPED FRESH CREAM.
