- 4 PIECES skinless chicken thighs shopping list
- 4 PIECES skinless chicken LEG PORTION. shopping list
- 4 PIECES skinless chicken BREAST shopping list
- 4 SMALL WHOLE RED FRESH CHILLIES shopping list
- 1/4 CUP MELTED butter shopping list
- 2 TSP GROUNDED garlic AND ginger shopping list
- 2 TSP FINE CHILLIE POWDER shopping list
- salt TO TASTE shopping list
- 1 SMALL CAN OF tomato puree shopping list
How to make it
- WASH AND DRAIN CHICKEN PIECES WELL
- PUT MELTED BUTTER INTO MEDIUM FLAT POT AND HEAT.
- TO POT ADD FRESH RED CHILLIES AND BRAISE
- ADD CHICKEN
- ADD GARLIC AND GINGER AND REST OF SPICES.
- TOSS CHICKEN INTO SPICES COATING WELL
- BRAISE ON MEDIUM HEAT UNTIL WATER EVAPORATES
- ADD TOMATO PUREE AND STIR IN.
- CLOSE LID AND LEAVE TO SIMMER.
- COOK UNTIL OIL RISES TO TOP AND CHICKEN IS COOKED.
- FRY POTATO WEDGES TILL GOLDEN BROWN
- ADD AND TOSS AROUND CHICKEN PLATTER WHEN BEING SERVED.
- LASTLY ADD CHOPPED FRESH CORIANDER.
- SERVES WELL WITH INDIAN FLATTEN BREAD (ROTI)
- OR LIGHTLY GARLIC BUTTERED HEATED PITA BREAD SPRINKLED WITH DRY PARSLEY.
