  • WASH AND DRAIN CHICKEN PIECES WELL
  • PUT MELTED BUTTER INTO MEDIUM FLAT POT AND HEAT.
  • TO POT ADD FRESH RED CHILLIES AND BRAISE
  • ADD CHICKEN
  • ADD GARLIC AND GINGER AND REST OF SPICES.
  • TOSS CHICKEN INTO SPICES COATING WELL
  • BRAISE ON MEDIUM HEAT UNTIL WATER EVAPORATES
  • ADD TOMATO PUREE AND STIR IN.
  • CLOSE LID AND LEAVE TO SIMMER.
  • COOK UNTIL OIL RISES TO TOP AND CHICKEN IS COOKED.
  • FRY POTATO WEDGES TILL GOLDEN BROWN
  • ADD AND TOSS AROUND CHICKEN PLATTER WHEN BEING SERVED.
  • LASTLY ADD CHOPPED FRESH CORIANDER.
  • SERVES WELL WITH INDIAN FLATTEN BREAD (ROTI)
  • OR LIGHTLY GARLIC BUTTERED HEATED PITA BREAD SPRINKLED WITH DRY PARSLEY.
