How to make it

  • Nuke 1/2 cup water with bullion to dissolve
  • Char peppers and onions in a dry pan over high heat
  • Transfer broth, peppers, and onions to food processor and blend smooth(ish)
  • Salt pork and grill 8 minutes both sides (6? if only 1" thick)
  • Transfer to a foil tent to rest
  • Heat sauce in a pan over low heat
  • Add pork on top of sauce and cover until desired doneness of the pork
  • Served here with simple red potatoes sauted over high heat to lightly char in butter and salt
