How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, syrup and vanilla. Set aside.
  • In another medium bowl, whisk pumpkin puree, sugar, flour, salt and spices; add to egg mixture and whisk until well blended.
  • Pour filling into crust.
  • Bake for 1 hour, or until filling is puffed around edges and center moves only slightly when pan is shaken.
  • Let cool, then place in fridge to chill overnight.
