Maple Pumpkin Pie

- 1 9-inch graham cracker pie crust shopping list
- 2 large eggs shopping list
- 3/4 cup heavy cream shopping list
- 6 tablespoons pure maple syrup shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups pumpkin puree shopping list
- 6 tablespoons dark brown sugar, packed shopping list
- 3 1/2 teaspoons all purpose flour shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon shopping list
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger shopping list
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, syrup and vanilla. Set aside.
- In another medium bowl, whisk pumpkin puree, sugar, flour, salt and spices; add to egg mixture and whisk until well blended.
- Pour filling into crust.
- Bake for 1 hour, or until filling is puffed around edges and center moves only slightly when pan is shaken.
- Let cool, then place in fridge to chill overnight.
