Hamburger Salad Sandwiches

A good sandwich no matter how you want it!
Ingredients
- 1/4 pound hamburger shopping list
- 1 tablespoon chopped onion shopping list
- 1 cup shredded lettuce shopping list
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese shopping list
- 1 large dill pickle, chopped shopping list
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 1 hardboiled egg, chopped (optional) shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Boil the eggs then set aside
- Brown hamburger with salt and pepper. Drain and cool slightly. Add all other ingredients and stir well. Use for regular bread sandwiches buns or as a pita filling.
